Q: How long does it take to transport my vehicle?
A: Auto carriers pick up many vehicles at a time; weather conditions and other unforeseen factors make guaranteeing the delivery date next to impossible. Allow 5 to 7 days to complete the trip.
Q: Once I book my transport how many days until my car is picked up?
A: We normally schedule transport for your vehicle within 5 to 7 days after your booking is confirmed.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Our prices are very competitive for the market. Prices are determined by mileage, vehicle size, open or enclosed transporters.
Q: Can I pack my belongings in my vehicle?
A: As of 1998 Department of Transportation ruled that you may NOT load any items in a vehicle on Auto carriers. Items packed in the vehicle add weight and my cause damage to the exhaust system or suspension of the vehicle.
Q: What if my location is inaccessible to the truck?
A: Most trucks are at least 75 feet long and very wide, which makes it next to impossible to reach most residential areas due to narrow roads, power lines, trees, power lines and other road factors. The driver will attempt to get as close as possible to the delivery location, or we will arrange a convenient location, like a shopping center, to pick up or deliver your vehicle.
Q: Is my vehicle insured while in transport?
A: Yes, all carriers are fully insured to meet all State and Federal requirements.
Q: How does the process begin?
A: Once required paperwork has been received, you will receive a call from the carrier anywhere between 10 and 24 hours before your vehicle is picked up. The driver will arrive and inspect the vehicle with you, and load the vehicle on the truck.
